"I would stay far far away from this statefarm agent. She comes off as a nice person but she can be very rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. She hangs up the phone when she gets frustrated. Thats not what you do as a "professional." Its all about respect. She never takes accountability for her staff's mistakes or her own. Her turn around rate with employees should speak on its own. If you want a peace of mind I would stay far away from this location. I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worse statefarm agent I have ever dealt with."
